Liban Mugabo is an economist and entrepreneur, with expertise in national-level strategic planning and research. Liban’s past work includes OTF Group, Clinton Foundation and the Government of Rwanda. Currently, he is the Managing Director of Safe Gas Rwanda Ltd, an independent importer, distributor & marketer of Liquefied Petroleum (LPG).
